尹振良，男，1985年4月生，博士，中国科学院西北生态环境资源研究院国家冰川冻土沙漠科学数据中心，研究员，青促会会员。

主要从事生态水文模型研究。主持国家重点研发计划项目专题、自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金、中国科学院青促会会员项目、甘肃省科技计划重大项目课题等项目10余项，以第一/通讯作者发表论文30篇，合作发表论文50余篇，获得软件著作权登记4项，发明专利3项，合作出版专著6部，获得省部级一等奖3项。担任国际期刊《Frontiers in Earth Science》副主编，《Sustainability》学术编辑、专刊编委，《中国沙漠》青年编委、《Research in Cold and Arid Regions》青年编委、多个国际、国内期刊审稿人。

（1）2022年，新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步一等奖，获奖名称：西北内陆河区“自然一社会一贸易”水循环理论与安全调控关键技术及应用研究. 排名：7/12.
