尹鑫卫，男，1993年5月生，中共党员，中国科学院西北生态环境资源研究院，副研究员，硕士生导师，主要从事绿洲-荒漠共生机制及演变过程研究。先后主持全国博士后创新人才计划项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目（一等资助）、中国科学院特别研究助理资助项目等。参与国家重点研发计划课题、中国科学院抢占科技制高点GJ专项、基金委区域创新发展联合基金重点项目（子课题负责人）。在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文25篇（中国科学院一区Top论文10篇），入选ESI全球Top 1%高被引论文1篇，年度十佳优秀论文1篇，《中国科学院院刊》封面文章1篇。曾获中国科学院百篇优秀博士学位论文奖、中国科学院院长优秀奖、博士&硕士研究生国家奖学金等。担任《Research in Cold and Arid Regions》、《干旱区研究》青年编委和多个国际国内期刊审稿人。
